Taking care of yourself on the inside has a benefit in all areas of your life. As a therapist, I invite you to connect with the internal potential for self-healing. To do this, I offer you sessions of self-knowledge, inquiry and support that facilitate the rebalancing of your nervous system, the calming of the ruminating mind and self-regulation in emotional processes.
