Mindful Yoga is a combination of Mindfulness with Kundalini Yoga, known as the yoga of Consciousness.
I combine breathing techniques, meditation focused on an object and mindfulness, with yoga Kriyas that strengthen the nervous system and the immune system.

I propose programs of 6 sessions of 60 minutes to align the different centers of the body developing inner strength. We can do the sessions online or face-to-face.

MBSR
It is a program aimed at reducing stress and developing de la full attention. Permite desarrollar una mayor resiliencia para hacer frente a los retos de la vida de una forma positiva. Se puede be done in person or online.

This group intervention is carried out en 8 weeks with a duration of 2.5 hours for each session. The sessions are practical and experiential, combining contemplative, Mindful-Yoga and dynamic practices with dialogues that support this training.

The program requires de a daily commitment to formal and informal practice, which we will unfold in each session and which you will continue practicing individually through the audios that we will share.
